“15 Minutes of Reactions from the
Bigfoot
Community added to the Dyer Hoax”

It was brought to my attention that an extra
15 minutes of footage that will consist of the reactions from the Bigfoot
Community, will be added to the end of the Minnow Films production “Shooting
Bigfoot” better known as Dyer’s hoax. Did you catch that? “Dyer’s Hoax!” No,
they aren’t changing the title of the movie, just a comment in reference to the
movie, but I have to admit that I have been calling it that for a long time,
but this time it isn’t just me saying it.
It is reported that Minnow films has contacted
Vic Gutierrez of Bigfootweekly, and video blogger Nikki Colon asking them for
their most ridiculous clips of video about the hoax. It’s worth noting that Vic
and Nikki being asked was just a courtesy, as their videos fall under the fair
use doctrine. I love seeing quality people like this getting some recognition
for their work. It may be a double edged sword though.
Assuming all this is true, there would only be one logical reason for this; they want to make the Bigfoot community look like a bunch of idiots, as was their original plan when making and distributing the movie. By learning to work together, we may be able to endure yet another embarrassing episode brought on by Rick Dyer and Minnow Films. This is a great community and one I am proud to be a part of, but we still have these types to deal with. It’s time to end Dyer’s 15 minutes of fame, and get back to what really matters, looking for the Big Guy!
